STAFFING

All our bar managers and supervisors are licensed and sourced for our core team that complete many events throughout the year. Our staff are highly experienced in working festivals and events and are familiar with our rigid policy and procedure. We also source our own crew for build and break as well as the specialised staff such as cocktail mixologists, promo staff and waiters/waitresses.

 

We use a number of staffing agencies across the country, engaging with local people to employ localised staff at every event. We work closely with our chosen staffing agencies to vet the team members for each event, prioritising staff that have worked with Barserve previously and we find that our most staff travel all over the country to remain working with our team. This enables our core members to train the local staff for our events.
